Cinderella dress pop up heart birthday card

This popup heart handmade card was inspired by a previous card design we had - Two hearts as one congatulatory card. We thought it would be really great to have the heart pop up instead. As you can see, it's mainly centered on a LOVEEEE theme. Lots of hearts are scaterred in front of the card, and inside it as well. Layers of different colour and textured paper create depth in the popup heart.

As this was a customized order, our client wanted the front of the card to showcase a ball gown, one that would look good even on Cinderella! The beautiful gown even come complete with different layers, and exquisite pearls adorning the front of the gown. Notice the hint of lace near the bust area - this dress is simply a teaser!

Handmade Manchester United birthday card

We received an order for a handmade birthday card with Manchester United logo in it. In keeping with the MU spirit, the colour of the card was kept at red, black and white. It was certainly a challenge making the MU logo! It took hours of patience and care to complete the detachable MU logo. It's mounted on a thick card and can easily be detached from the card to be placed anywhere. The birthday greetings were written on red vellum, and a cluster of flowers and rhinestone beads are arranged at the top together with a red satin bow.

On the inside (top part of the card), a red textured cardstock with distressed edges are layered with red and black stipe pattern paper. This creates a placeholder for a personal message to be written.

The bottom of the card sports a cute and stylish cow hanging out on a grassy field. A combination of stamped and cut grass are arranged in different layers of green to create depth. Sparkling flowers are scattered around with butterflies fluttering above it. The cow looks exceptionally smart and cool wearing a dark glasses with faux diamonds on one corner.

Swirly ferns wedding invitation

For those brides who want something modern and contemporary, this handmade wedding invitation is absolutely perfect. The constrast of colours between the bold black and sweet lilac goes together in a very interesting way.

Silver ferns are handstamped on opposite corners on a very pale lilac pearlescent paper. Small round silver sequins are added for sparkly effect. Then, a brighter lilac coloured cardstock is then layered between it and a pearlescent white cardstock. Lastly a black grosgrain ribbon is tied around the card.

Sunset fishing popup card

We had an order for a pop up birthday card with a fishing theme. The popup was of a silhouette of a fisherman fishing in his boat. This was laid against a slightly foggy sunset backdrop. The fisherman of course manages to catch a fish in time, just as the sun slowly set behind the rolling mountains.

We kept the front of the card simple, to create an element of surprise when the card opens and the fisherman 'pops' out!

Delightful cherry blossom handmade wedding invitation

This single facing handmade invitation looks simply delightful with wisps of cherry blossoms adorning the opposite corners of the card. The cherry blosssoms are handstamped in pink. Another wisp of flourishing vines are layered below it in a lighter shade of pink for added depth. Sparkling faux diamonds adorn the flowers, giving it a more dainty and elegent feel.

Cherry blossoms are really pretty flowers, and they give a very Asian feel to the card. This card is perfect for couples who want to incorporate Asian elements in the card without making it look too traditional at the same time.

The invitation wordings are printed on a pearlescent ivory paper, with a pink pearlescent card as its base.

We had an order for a newborn card to celebrate the birth of a baby girl. This card is similar to Patchwork blanket birthday card, but customized it for a baby girl instead. We embellished the blanket with an adorable teddy bear, buttons,sequins and ribbon, and layered the blanket on a soft textured pink mulberry paper. A lovely patchwork paper blanket for a baby girl.
